About the Role

As an Inventory Assistant Manager you will play an important role to ensure the accuracy of all inventory as well as grow a small team. This role will interface with other key teams in Operations and will report directly to the Operations Manager. This is an ideal role for an analytical problem solver with excellent organizational and management skills.

You will

• Ensure smooth day to day operations of all inventory functions
• Lead cycle counts as well as review and report any variances
• Analyze daily inventory movements and report any discrepancies
• Work with distribution and manufacturing teams to provide necessary materials needed for daily production and fulfillment
• Maintain accurate documentation of component and material usage
• Organize and maintain all inventory locations both physically and systematically

You have

• Minimum 2 years of inventory control experience and 1 year raw materials handling experience
• Proficient in G Suite or Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Minimum of 1 year experience supervising or leading a team
• ERP or WMS experience
• Detail oriented and ability to multitask
• Time management skills
• Basic math skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Work environment

• This role is required to be onsite at our Passaic, NJ warehouse 5 days a week
