About the Role
We are looking for an efficient Inventory Associate to join our inventory team for our Passaic, NJ facility. This role is responsible for monitoring warehouse inventory, performing cycle counting and addressing discrepancies to ensure all materials and products are verified and are reflected accurately in the inventory. Maintains inventory accuracy through proper counting, processing of reports, conducting reconciliations and recommending improvements.
You will
- Maintain accurate inventory of all manufacturing components
- Decrement component inventory used in production
- Conduct weekly cycle counts of manufacturing areas
- Conduct cycle counts of pick and overstock locations
- Assist with replenishments of pick locations
You have
- Minimum of 1 year experience in inventory control
- Experience with WMS
- Understanding of inventory management
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Proficient in G Suite or Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to problem solve and basic math skills
Work environment
- This role is required to be onsite at our Passaic, NJ warehouse 5 days a week
- Employees will be required to wear appropriate safety gear
Physical demands
- Employees will be occasionally required to stand (for extended periods) while performing job duties
- Employees can move or lift objects up to 50 lbs
