Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team. As a Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students. You will develop and implement lesson plans, assess student progress, and provide guidance and support to help students reach their full potential.
Duties:
- Create and deliver lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
- Develop engaging and interactive classroom activities to promote student participation
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience
- Utilize various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Monitor student behavior and maintain a safe and respectful classroom environment
- Provide individualized instruction and support to students who require additional assistance
- Collaborate with parents or guardians to address any concerns or issues regarding student progress
Skills:
- Experience working with students in an educational setting
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development and instructional strategies
- Ability to effectively teach subjects such as physical education, math, and childhood development
- Proficient in lesson planning and classroom management techniques
- Experience in tutoring or working in a daycare setting is a plus
- Knowledge of child welfare practices and regulations
