Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years of project management experience and a strong background in production management.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee roofing projects from start to finish.
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and develop project plans.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, insurance adjustors, and internal teams to ensure project specifications are met.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and safety regulations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, subcontractors, and on-site personnel.
- Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Strong management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum of three years of experience in the roofing industry
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of roof assemblies and materials
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and general safety regulations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with Acculynx a plus
