Kimberlin Family Roofing is Hiring a Project Manager Near Colorado, CO

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years of project management experience and a strong background in production management.

Kimberlin Family Roofing is a family-owned and operated business located in Colorado Springs, CO. We are a full service roofing company that is committed to providing our customers with the best possible customer service. We are looking for a candidate who is dedicated to our mission and willing to learn new skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee roofing projects from start to finish.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and develop project plans.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, insurance adjustors, and internal teams to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and safety regulations.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, subcontractors, and on-site personnel.
  • Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Strong management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum of three years of experience in the roofing industry
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of roof assemblies and materials
  • Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and general safety regulations
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with Acculynx a plus
