- Set-up project budget in ProContractor within 2 business days of executed owner contract.
- Create submittal log with lead times within 5 business days of executed owner contract or as needed.
- Issue subcontracts to maintain project schedule or within 10 business days of executed owner contract whichever is less.
- Maintain project logs;
- Submittal Log
- Request for Information Log
- Request for Change Log
- Contract Change Document Log (ASIs, CCDs, PRs, etc…)
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a construction Project Manager or related field.
- Understand project cost controls including;
- Contract vs. budget vs. committed cost
- Understand and use cost reports
- Understand and update projected profitability
- Lump Sum
- Cost Plus a Fee (T&M)
- Guaranteed Maximum Price with Contingencies
- Project Documentation
- Subcontracting
- Change Orders
- CPM Scheduling
