Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Hotel General Manager to oversee daily operations at our hotel. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hospitality management and excellent leadership skills.

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the hotel operations including guest relations, front desk, and night audit.
- Ensure high-quality customer service standards are met and maintained.
- Oversee revenue management and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
- Supervise staff, provide training, and ensure a positive work environment.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and maintain hotel facilities to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests.
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or high school equivalent diploma with a minimum of five years’ experience as a General Manager of a franchise hotel.

Preferred Qualifications: Associates Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or Business is a plus.
