Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Account Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, analyzing market trends, and driving business growth through sales strategies.
Duties:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Identify opportunities for business development and growth
- Analyze market trends to determine customer needs
- Conduct outside sales visits to potential clients
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Provide technical sales support for products or services
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus for engaging with Spanish-speaking clients
Experience:
- Proven experience in account management and sales
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trends
- Knowledge of business development strategies
- Experience in technology or technical sales is preferred
