Kia South Atlanta is a big business in Morrow, GA. We are professional, agile and our goal is to Make 150 calls a day, set 10 appts a day, confirm appts for the next day.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients - Assist customers in finding the right products or services - Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain knowledge of current promotions and sales events - Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends Experience: - Previous experience in a customer service or retail sales role preferred - Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus - Knowledge of retail math and basic math skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Experience in dealership or outside sales is beneficial - Sales management experience is a plus We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, including: - Base salary plus commission on sales - Health insurance options - Retirement savings plan - Paid time off and holidays If you have a passion for sales, excellent customer service skills, and enjoy working in a dynamic team environment, we encourage you to apply for this position.
