Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of retail math and market dynamics.

Duties:

- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve targets

- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions

- Utilize industry sales knowledge to drive sales in the business

- Implement effective upselling techniques to maximize revenue

- Conduct cold calling to generate leads and expand customer base

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the sports and fitness industry

- Proficient in retail math calculations

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport

- Familiarity with sales pipeline management

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Pay: $25,681.00 - $69,386.00 per year
