Extern Job Summary We are seeking an energetic, responsible extern to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of our daily routines and procedures. You will focus on learning how our organization runs and can be expected to gain valuable insight that can further their interest in your chosen career field. In addition to office duties, the extern will have the opportunity to meet managers and executives. Extern Duties and Responsibilities Assist in sorting resumes from KHS Career Event Assist in scheduling interviews. Assist with wellness events planning. Assemble benefit packets for open enrollment. Assemble new hire folders. Organize and run employee store (The Rack) Audit safety topic training completion Extern requirements and qualifications Must be currently enrolled in high school, college, or university. Minimum 16 years of age. Minimum 3.0 GPA Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas. Be available for the entire summer break, flexible hours, Monday - Friday (with the exception of planned vacation, or needed days off to be discussed with department)
