RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Program Manager IV in Plano, TX.
Duties:
Technical Program Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to:
* Develop and manage release plans for new products and features, working closely with product owners, engineers, and QA teams to ensure timely and successful launches
* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to conduct user research, gather feedback, and pilot new technologies with end-users for validation and feedback
* Build relationships with key stakeholders and acting as a liaison between business teams, developers, and infrastructure teams
* Evaluate requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback that contributes to the overall success of the project
* Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and potential obstacles to ensure project success
* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, risk assessments, and stakeholder status reports
* Lead project meetings, facilitating clear communication, updating project plans, and effectively resolving conflicts
REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development, architecture, or related areas
* Proficiency in modern software development methodologies and tools
* Robust analytical skills, with the ability to use data to make decisions
* Experience leveraging project planning tools (Smartsheet, JIRA, etc.) to manage programs across multiple teams
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
