Hybrid Role (Partially Onsite-Partially Remote): We are currently seeking a Full-Time Sr Program Manager to join our Epic Department at the Chickasaw Nation Department of Health. Hybrid office locations in Ada, OK and Plano, TX.

Summary:

Responsibilities:
* Develop and/or utilize the program management information system, and integrate different processes as needed, to manage program information and communicate status to stakeholders
* Develop program and project management standards and structure using industry best practices and organizational standards to drive efficiency and consistency among projects and deliver program objectives
* Negotiate the support of stakeholders, including sponsors, for the program while setting clear expectations and acceptance criteria for the program benefits to achieve and maintain their alignment with the program objectives
* Identify stakeholders, including sponsors, and create the stakeholder matrix to document their position relative to the program
* Analyze and update the benefits realization and sustainment plans for uncertainty, risk identification, risk mitigation, and risk opportunity to determine if corrective actions are necessary and communicate to stakeholders
* Develop a sustainment plan that identifies the processes, measures, metrics, and tools necessary for the management of benefits beyond the completion of the program to ensure the continued realization of intended benefits
* Develop the benefits realization plan and its measurement criteria to set the baseline for the program and communicate to stakeholders, including sponsors
* Define project management information system (PMIS) by selecting tools and processes to share knowledge, intellectual property, and documentation across constituent projects to maximize synergies and savings following the governance model
* Optimize the program management plan by identifying, reviewing, and leveling resource requirements to gain efficiencies and maximize productivity/synergies among constituent projects
* Establish the program management plan and schedule by integrating plans for constituent projects and creating strategies for supporting program functions to effectively forecast, monitor, and identify variances during program execution
* Develop work-breakdown structure to determine, plan, and assign the program tasks and deliverables
* Develop a detailed program scope statement by incorporating the program vision and all internal and external objectives, goals, influences, and variables to facilitate overall planning
* Conduct program kick-off with key stakeholders by holding meetings to familiarize the organization with the program and obtain stakeholder buy-in
* Develop an accountability matrix by identifying and assigning program roles and responsibilities to build the core team and differentiate between the program and project resources
* Develop a high-level milestone plan using the goals and objectives of the program, applicable historical information, and other available resources to align the program with the expectations of stakeholders, including sponsors
* Translate strategic objectives into high-level program scope statements by negotiating with stakeholders, including sponsors, to create a program scope description
* Develop a program charter using input from all stakeholders, including sponsors, to initiate and design the Program and its benefits
* Identify and evaluate integration opportunities and needs within program activities and operational activities to align and integrate benefits within or across the organization
* Evaluate program objectives relative to regulatory and legal constraints, social impacts, sustainability, cultural considerations, political climate, and ethical concerns to ensure stakeholder alignment and program deliverability
* Estimate the high-level financial and nonfinancial benefits of the program to obtain/maintain funding authorization and drive prioritization of projects within the program
* Identify organizational benefits for the potential program using research methods such as market analysis and high-level cost-benefit analysis to develop the preliminary program scope and define the benefits realization plan
* Evaluate the organization's capability by consulting with organizational leaders to develop, validate, and assess the program objectives, priority, feasibility, readiness, and alignment to the organization's strategic plan
* Define the framework to set a baseline for program definition, planning, and execution
* Establish a high-level road map with milestones and preliminary estimates to obtain initial validation and approval from the executive sponsor
* Perform an initial program assessment by defining the program objectives, requirements, and risks to ensure program alignment with the organization's strategic plan, goals, priorities, vision, and mission statement
* Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
* Maintain knowledge of and follow all laws, rules, regulations, policies and SOPs for assigned area, e.g. MICS, TICS, hospital standards, health codes, food sanitation, accounting principles, etc.

* Intermediate skill using Microsoft Office for many purposes

* 10 years directly related experience with management

Education:

* Masters Degree in directly related field

Credentials:

* Pass general background check
* Standard Driver's License
* Completion of the Sphinx Assessment
* Project Management Professional

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $136,000.00 - $168,000.00 per year
