Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers, handling cash transactions, and assisting with sales. Duties: - Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register - Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments - Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations - Upsell products and promotions to maximize sales opportunities - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with excellent phone etiquette - Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed Skills: - Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Ability to upsell products and promote sales initiatives - Excellent phone etiquette to provide exceptional customer service over the phone - Sales experience or knowledge of electronics sales is a plus - Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions - Time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours - Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions - Strong customer service skills to create a positive shopping experience for customers This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
