Our team is growing, and now hiring for line cook positions with prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen and we want you to join the Familia.

• Prior employment with customer service focus an asset
• Place orders for customer by taking orders over the phone as well as for front counter in store customers
• Provides an exceptional customer experience, friendly, and courteous service.
• Registers orders on a point-of-sale system, itemizing and totaling customers’ purchases.
• Resolves customer issues and answers questions.
• Collects payments by accepting cash, check, or charge payments from customers and makes change for cash customers.
• Balances cash drawer by counting cash at beginning and end of work shift.
• Provides pricing information by answering questions.
• Maintains checkout operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment, adhere to Food Safety and Cleanliness Guidelines
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related task as needed.
• Work Quickly and Efficiently under pressure
• Clean and professional appearance for open kitchen concept
• Hard-working, service-minded individuals who are professional and highly organized.
• Ability to understand and follow direction from others.
