Meador Staffing Clear Lake is Hiring a Call Center Customer Service Representative Near Galveston, TX

Our client has been in the insurance industry since 1905, conducting business in all 50 states and Puerto Rico and they are looking to expand their League City location by adding Customer Service representatives to join their team.
As a customer service representative, you will:
  • Support immediate requests of all incoming phone calls by accepting payments, confirming basic policy information, and managing account and/or policy detail changes.
  • Receive incoming applications from clients or field associates.
  • Notify the underwriting department of changes to risk.
  • Become an expert in programs utilized to disseminate policy status, policy data, and inquiries.
  • Review, create, and modify payment plans, including the set-up of auto-draft from clients’ bank accounts, billing premiums to the insured or mortgagee.
  • Identify funds needed for lapsed payment policies for reinstatement Assist with projects assigned.
Requirements:
  • Work experience in call center and/or customer-focused positions preferred.
  • Bi-lingual skills preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
This is a long-term temporary assignment with the possibility of permanent placement
The position pays $18.00 to 19.00 an hour.
The hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm.
Excellent benefits available through the company once a permanent position is offered.
