Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential customers in the assigned market
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
-Coordinate and work well with Operations team to assure a smooth transition for incoming clients
-Develop and retain knowledge of the initial paperwork pick-up process
-Must complete pick-up lists and close paperwork in its entirety
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or a related field
- Strong technical sales skills and ability to effectively communicate complex concepts
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Proficiency in excel, word, and adobe
- Ability to manage accounts and develop strategic account plans
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify new market opportunities
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
