Due to continued growth in the Mooresville area, DalaCasa Landscape Management, a KeyServ Company, is seeking a motivated individual to manage the areas client accounts.

You will be the primary contact for our clients, building long-term relationships tat foster satisfaction, retention and ancillary sales.

In this role you will responsible for:

• Client Satisfaction
• Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and subcontractors
• Perform frequent site walkthroughs with clients to ensure quality and service expectations are met and identify new opportunities
• Facilitating the resolution of client concerns to ensure renewal.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Proactively presenting site enhancement ideas to your clients
• Developing accurate estimates for new and existing clients, maintain acceptable gross margins that support the branch's financial goals
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interest and potential for new services.
• Sourcing subs and routinely inspecting subcontractor performance.
