We are seeking a dedicated Program Director to manage faculty and other academic staff, ensuring effective leadership within the department and student body. The Program Director will oversee compliance with accreditation commission standards, implement policies and procedures, and uphold programmatic outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of an Associate degree in a Medical Sonography-related discipline and a bachelor's degree in any field.
• Registered in Sonography specialty as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) with specialty certifications in both Obstetrics and Gynecology (OIB/GYN) or Abdominal (AB) (Preferred)
• Other Sonography specialty:
• Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) with Adult Echocardiography (AE) Specialty
• Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS)
• Registered Congenital Cardiac Sonographer (RCCS)
• Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS)
• Equivalent of four years full-time professional experience as a general sonographer or vascular technologist.
• Previous teaching experience is preferred, along with experience in curriculum development and assessment methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Set an example of professionalism and conduct for program staff and students.
• Ensure the academic quality of instruction provided to students.
• Participate in student, campus, and community activities as required.
• Recruit, train, orient, and supervise faculty members for the department.
• Assist with ongoing review and development of program curriculum.
• Adhere to policies and accreditor standards, ensuring departmental safety and compliance.
• Provide regular performance feedback to faculty and support programmatic completion, licensure, and placement outcomes.
• Conduct regular department meetings, maintain faculty files, and assist with budgeting and procurement.
