About the position

The Compliance Analyst analyzes and monitors regulatory changes, implements compliance programs, and collaborates cross-functionally to ensure organizational adherence to regulations.

Applicants must hold US citizenship or US permanent resident status. 

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough compliance reviews and assessments of company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze changes in laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
• Assist in compliance audits, investigations, and risk assessments.
• Respond to compliance inquiries and provide guidance to internal teams.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging compliance trends.
• Prepare reports and presentations on compliance performance and areas for improvement.
• Direct oversight needed.

Skills and Qualifications

• High School diploma, or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and products and experience in IT, code development, or task management.
• Minimal experience using Keyfactor products and solutions or equivalent products.
• Collaboration skills, applied successfully within team.
• Minimal critical thinking and a drive to improve the status quo.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks to completion with
• Able to thrive with good organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills, to meet a deadline-driven environment.
• Good oral and written communication skills, demonstrating a professional demeanor, and good interpersonal skills to build and maintain rapport with internal teams and departments.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and tact.

Compensation

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
