About the Job

We're searching for an energetic and ambitious individual for the Institutional Fixed Income Sales Department within KeyBanc Capital Markets. The capital markets environment is collegial, fast paced, competitive and puts a premium on being well organized. Candidate must be capable of managing many projects/tasks simultaneously. The Fixed Income Salesperson is responsible for growing market share with the firm's client base while providing outstanding overall customer service. Developing strong partnerships with key business leaders throughout the organization will be a top priority while maintaining a positive work environment for all.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or a related discipline
• 7 years of internal and/or external sales experience in fixed income products
• Knowledge base in Municipal Securities and taxable fixed income products
• Strong client service orientation with the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
• High level of personal integrity and ability to consistently deliver high quality work product
• Understanding of the wealth management industry
• Excellent high level interpersonal and excellent communication skills
• Ability to develop relationships
• Desire to sell and capacity to learn quickly
• Travel approx. 25 days per year
• Series 7 & 63 Licenses (or ability to obtain in 1 year)

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn commission and deferred incentive compensation.
