Key Date Coins is a live streaming media company which specializes in rare coin auctions. We are currently streaming on 7 auction platforms simultaneously for 84 hours per week. We employ macro photographers, on camera talent, platform engineers, administrative, shipping, and back office personnel- all of whom require extreme detail orientation. Founded in 2006 we are a lifetime member of the NAA, ANA, NGC, and PCGS. We provide the highest quality items in the bullion, coins, currency, and exonumia categories.

The Role of the Customer Service Representative

Our Customer Service Rep needs to be detail oriented, highly motivated, adaptable, and independent. They also have to be charismatic, kind, and comfortable talking to people. This individual needs to be able to work efficiently in a fast paced environment. They need to be available to answer the phone as it rings and assist the customers calling. When they are not on the phone with customers they need to be answering emails or working on accounts receivable.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Responsible for being reliable and on task
• Responsible for assisting customers via phone and email
• Responsible for using free time towards accounts receivable
• Report to supervisor each day

Qualifications

• Detail Oriented
• Good Time Management and Communication Skills
• Working knowledge of Google drive systems including, but not limited to, Docs and Sheets
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately with minimal supervision
• Organized and able to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• General computer literacy skills are required
• Customer Service Experience required
• English speaking required
• Background Check Required

Things to know about the Job

• The hours are from 9am to 5pm
• It starts at $15/hour for 4 weeks and then will bump to $18/hour if 4 week period went well
• There are medical insurance benefits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
