Sales Representative
(KCLA) is offering the opportunity for a mission-driven Sales Representative to join our team. KCLA is an innovative, progressive mental health clinic that transforms lives. After ten years of pioneering Ketamine Infusion Therapy for mental health conditions, with more than 30,000 infusions provided, KCLA has expanded into a comprehensive and integrative model, adding Psychiatric Medication Management, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), and other innovative modalities. MDMA, psilocybin, and other psychedelics will be incorporated as soon as they are FDA-approved.
KCLA seeks a dedicated and forward-thinking Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in a serene 5,000 sq ft facility in Los Angeles, CA 90045. With our focus on integrating advanced technology and cutting-edge treatments, this role will have the opportunity to help reshape and redefine the future of mental health care. Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer phones and field incoming calls
- Respond to emails, texts, chats, and other forms of communication
- Make a high volume of follow-up calls
- Explain basic treatment information to prospective patients and patients
- Schedule appointments and maintain the calendars
- Business development
- Appointment setting for senior executives
- Assist with special projects
- Networking and special events
- Assist with various marketing, sales, and other outreach efforts
- General office work and administrative support
- Leadership and development of teammates
- Assisting in the overall growth and development of the Company
- Requirements
- At least two years of experience working as a Sales Representative in healthcare. Prefer Mental Health experience.
- Must live in or near the 90045 zip code and report to the office in person
- Full-time, Monday - Friday
- Immediate start
Compensation
- Annualized base rate of $41,600 - $62,400 per year
- Bonus structure with $1,000 - $30,000 in additional compensation available
