Kermisch & Paletz LLP is Hiring a Family Law Paralegal Near Los Angeles, CA
We are an established Family Law firm with eight (8) attorneys located in Studio City seeking a full-time family law paralegal to add to our existing staff. We require someone who is great with people, willing to learn, and preferably someone who is seeking a long-term career in Family Law. Our ideal candidate has at least one year of family law experience, familiarity with Westlaw and legal research, familiarity with discovery, calendaring, preliminary declarations of disclosure, and drafting basic pleadings.
Experience Sought:
- Paralegal: 2 year (Required)
- Family Law: 1 year (Required)
- Certified Paralegal

This role is an in-office role with some adjustments due to COVID-19 which will be discussed during the interview.
ABOUT OUR FIRM: We are a close group, with eight (8) attorneys. We take our work very seriously, but we also enjoy working with each other. This position allows for growth and learning. You will work with clients directly, assist attorneys with active litigation, assist with compiling and pursuing essential case evidence, and become an integral part of our legal team. You will be given instruction, but we are seeking a candidate who is self-motivated and dedicated. We require a minimum of monthly billable hours each month, to be discussed at the interview. We have other paralegal staff in place who we are seeking to supplement and support with other hard-working team members. The salary will be commensurate with experience.
