Requirements

• Manage a caseload of Lemon Law cases, from initial client consultation through resolution.
• Conduct thorough investigations into potential Lemon Law claims, gathering evidence and analyzing relevant documentation.
• Advise and educate clients on their rights under Lemon Law statutes.
• Draft and file legal documents, including demand letters, complaints, and court motions.
• Negotiate with manufacturers, dealerships, and opposing counsel to reach favorable settlements for clients.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Stay current on changes in Lemon Law statutes and automotive regulations.
