Kentucky Wesleyan College is Hiring a Compliance and Operations Coordinator Near Owensboro, KY

Compliance and Operations Coordinator

Kentucky Wesleyan College, a private, liberal arts college with a long-standing reputation for

quality and academic excellence, is seeking applications for a full-time Compliance and

Operations Coordinator. This position is funded by a NCAA Division II Ethnic Minorities and

Women's Internship Grant and is anticipated to continue for 12 months.

This entry-level, administrative position assist in all aspects of NCAA compliance and with head

and assistant coaches of assigned sports with game and event operations, while supporting the

goals and the policies of Kentucky Wesleyan College, the Great Midwest Athletic Conference

(G-MAC), and the NCAA.

Major Responsibilities

  • Assist with oversight and daily operations of NCAA rules and regulations as well as the
G-MAC and KWC polices.
  • Maintain and update athletic rosters in Compliance Assistant and ARMS Software.
  • Assist with monitoring eligibility across all sports.
  • Assist in management of athletic related financial aid and the NLI program.
  • Review and track countable related activities and competitive schedules in ARMS

Software.

  • Monitor and assist with all recruiting activities.
  • Help organize and manage all home athletic event operations for the assigned sports.
  • Help coordinate all in-game marketing and promotion in coordination with sponsorship

partner and other internal partners.

  • Help manage all concessions operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work with

confidential information in a fast-paced environment.

  • Able to work occasional nights and weekends.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Previous experience with NCAA athletic administration or NCAA coaching is preferred,

as is experience with NCAA systems and/or software (i.e., ARMS, JumpForward, etc.).
