Description

 This position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the park’s booked entertainment offerings, including managing sound and lighting equipment, maintaining theater and seating area cleanliness, opening and closing theater and stage areas, coordinating show start and end times, managing artist and company relationships, maintaining backstage and artist break areas, stocking artist refreshments, and ensuring compliance with artist performance riders. Excellent communication and organizational skills and experience with professional audio and lighting equipment required. 

Job Responsibilities - Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Coordinate all aspects of our park’s booked entertainment offerings including managing sound and lighting equipment, maintaining theater and seating area cleanliness, opening and closing theater and stage areas, coordinating show start and end times, managing artist and company relationships, maintaining backstage and artist break areas, stocking artist refreshments, and ensuring compliance with artist performance riders. 
• Work closely with the park's management team to identify, develop and implement new entertainment offerings.
• Ensure all performers are following park's safety protocols.
• Manage relationships with performers and vendors.
• Manage established budgets for booked entertainment-related expenses.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

 Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older. 
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred
• Experience working with professional audio and lighting equipment (up to and including 16-channel audio and Obsidian 64 Universe lighting controller) or similar preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
