- Ensure the adherence and maintenance of daily account sequences.
- Implement planned account pre-sell calls consisting of: product sell-in, brand placement/presentation, package placement/presentation, sales review, new account contact, monitor stock rotation with each account delivery, ensure valid license is in each account on each delivery, sell-in product price reductions on with accounts that will stimulate brand awareness and increase sales, promotional sales effectiveness, strives to achieve sales greater than competition in each account and schedule and participate in product promotions with accounts that will stimulate brand awareness and increase sales.
- Responsible for downloading new information and uploading orders in the appropriate time frame, updating inventory levels and data collection.
- Maintain customer records including pricing, and process all orders, reports, and forms.
- Report all competitive activities and opportunities to your Territory Manager.
- Update goals daily in computer.
- Make “Night Calls” to accounts, support promotions, specials events etc. as necessary
- Work with TM to ensure accounts are properly rotated adhering to all KEI stock rotation and freshness policies.
- Utilize P.O.S. in all assigned accounts while ensuring compliance of all alcoholic beverage regulations regarding signage.
- Ensure timely execution of all marketing programs from suppliers and /or KEI.
- Must be able to meet physical requirements of position including repetitive lifting of products, stooping, bending, walking and standing.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License with a driving record acceptable to KEI’s insurance carrier.
- 1 year of experience in the beverage or wholesaler industry preferred.
- 1 year of B2B customer service.
- 2 years sales experience preferred.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft office.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to a diverse group of external and internal customers.
- Ability to organize and work efficiently and to set priorities
- Must be able to meet physical requirements of position including repetitive lifting of 30lbs, repetitive stooping, bending and prolonged walking and standing.
- College degree preferred.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License with a driving record acceptable to Company insurance carrier.
- Working outside and inside accounts including coolers; hot and cold environments.
