KenJo Markets is looking for Candidates to train and place in management positions. The Right Candidate will have Managerial or Supervisory experience and knows retail and/or food service. The Right Candidate will earn a competitive salary, participate in an aggressive monthly bonus program based on goal achievements.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
- Promote an atmosphere of excellent customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability
- Train, supervise, and motivate store staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
- Monitor and analyze sales trends to make informed business decisions
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities
- Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in cash register operations
- Implement loss prevention measures to minimize theft and maximize security
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in basic math for cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of shift management and scheduling practices
- Experience in supervising employees and providing performance feedback
- Cash handling experience with attention to detail and accuracy
