POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for recruiting for all early career programs. Oversees initiatives and programs designed to target, attract, and hire diverse, early career talent. S trategically develops and maintains relationships with academic faculty, staff, and student organizations in addition to internal stakeholders.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develops a best-in-class campus recruiting program by maintaining and elevating current programs. Sources, recruits, and manages annual hiring demand goals and objectives specific to each early career program.
  • Partners with Director of Talent Acquisition to execute and enhance campus recruiting strategies.
  • Builds and maintains relationships inclusive but not limited to candidates, faculty, and career services with Kemper partner schools.
  • Identifies and executes along with digital marketing social media campaigns to build campus brand. Creates new and innovative methods to differentiate Kemper on campus, builds brand recognition, and drives talent pipelines.
  • Develops relationships with partner schools across the nation and execute individual strategies and logistics for each school to include but not be limited to events, information sessions, student clubs, organizations, etc. May need to travel to school locations as needed.
  • Manages pipeline activity and maintains data integrity while proactively sharing data-centric updates with internal stakeholders.

POSITION QUALIFIICATIONS:

  • At least 5 years’ experience within early careers handling recruiting, strategy, and program management for intern and MBA programs. Experience recruiting at multiple universities in aggressive and competitive markets.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; At least 5 years campus recruiting experience within a corporate setting.
  • Working knowledge Workday ATS; History of partnering with HSI and/or HBCUs
  • Sponsorship is not accepted for this opportunity
  • This is a hybrid role with reporting into our Chicago loop office as needed
