Responsible for assisting Accounts Payable Manager in day to day activities.

OUTCOMES

1. OUTCOME: Process daily Accounts Payable functions

• Process freight invoices, 100 per week.

• Process day to day vendor invoices, 200 per week.

• Perform daily scanning and document retention functions for all invoices, within 24 hrs of system entry.

1. OUTCOME: Process weekly Accounts Payable disbursements

• Process weekly check, ACH, EDI and EDI AMEX payments, by COB every Thursday.

1. OUTCOME: Support Accounts Payable and Finance Department

• Distribute weekly on hold reports, by COB every Monday.

• Assist with month end closing, which may include additional hours as needed.

• Assist with yearend audit requests, turn around target within 24 hrs.
• Contribute to process improvement projects.
• Other activities as assigned or as business requires.
