What’s a typical day as an Executive Assistant? You’ll be:
• Providing general administrative assistance to the Executive team.
• Managing heavy calendars, scheduling meetings, and resolving conflicts or double-bookings.
• Making travel arrangements for individual business travel and corporate/group events.
• Processing expense reports.
• Providing phone coverage and screening calls.
• Assisting with meeting support, including room setup, hotel bookings, and meal arrangements.
• Assisting with special projects across functions and departments.
• Drafting and proofing correspondence, memos, letters, and emails.
• Supporting existing clients' insurance needs and quoting new business for assigned Producers.
• Remarketing select existing clients at the time of their renewal.
• Cross-selling accounts and executing changes and endorsements requested by clients and producers.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a minimum of 5 years of prior experience supporting executive team members in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
• Pay attention to detail and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Have excellent telephone etiquette, a friendly outgoing personality, and a person of character and integrity.
• Have strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
• Possess knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Can demonstrate integrity, confidence, exhibit team spirit and enthusiasm, work well with all levels of staff and other organizations, and establish trust and credibility.
• Are an agile learner who can quickly absorb information and apply it to current business situations.
• Have experience with AMS360 agency management system (a plus).
