As a CSR, you'll have the opportunity to grow within the company, with many of our team members advancing to become licensed insurance agents, managers, and more.
What We Offer:
Competitive hourly pay range of $40,000-$60,000, including bonuses
Generous paid time off, with 2 weeks accrued after the first 90 days and 3 weeks after 5 years

Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service via phone and in-person interactions
Collaborate with producers and team members to meet client needs
Learn and utilize various technologies, including AMS and CRM systems
Proficiency in MS Office and attention to detail
Requirements:
1-2 years experience
Active 4 40, 20 44 or 2 20 license
Previous experience in customer service or related fields preferred
Strong organizational skills and self-motivation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
