In the Leasing Agent role you will combine your sales, customer service and marketing skills to build relationships with prospective residents and introduce them to your Kelly Enterprise community. As a Leasing Agent you are a key player, leading Kelly Enterprise's efforts to shape and define a great experience for our existing and prospective residents. We have a seasonal full-time or part-time leasing agent position open at our beautiful community, Kelly Reserve.

Duties:

-Maintains an excellent customer service relationship with existing and prospective residents.-Responds to internet leads, answer prospect calls and conduct property tours.

-Utilizes established sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic, maintain closing ratios and work to achieve 100% occupancy.

-Maintains thorough product knowledge of the property and competition.

-Collects deposit and/or fees associated with move-in.

-Accurately prepare and have a thorough knowledge of all lease-related paperwork.

-Assists residents with questions, maintenance requests, payment of rent or other requests on a daily basis.

-Follows policies relating to but not limited to Fair Housing, Harassment and Safety standards set by Kelly Enterprise.

-Supports the Vision, Mission and Values of Kelly Enterprise by participating in our supportive, team environment and conveying our culture of dedicated service to our residents by providing customer service with the highest level of courtesy, honesty and integrity.

-Other tasks or duties as assigned by the Property Manager.

Requirements

-High school diploma or 2 or 4 year college degree preferred

-1-2 years in a customer service or sales oriented role

-Residential leasing or sales background preferred

-Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks

-Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to easily establish rapport and build long-term business relationships with your residents

-Display a positive attitude and a strong, self-motivated work ethic

-Experience with Entrata is a plus

-Computer proficiency

-Ability to work and maintain a flexible work schedule, which WILL REQUIRE Saturdays and possibly holidays

-Must be able to pass drug and criminal screening.
