Location
Knoxville, TNWork Experience: 1 years in an account management role, ideally with experience in custodial or another service-related field with high customer/client contact.Position Summary
The Strategic Account Analyst works on the client teams to achieve high quality service levels, especially for key accounts, while supporting new sales initiatives. This position serves a critical support role for the Strategic Account Managers and is considered a gateway role to the Strategic Account Manager position.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Identify client service trends and/or areas for enhancement. Recommend process improvements and provide those recommendations to the Strategic Account Manager.
Track key account metrics and report out on spend in budget categories, identifying, addressing, and escalating any anomalies. Support the preparation of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports for clients to assist in Kimco better meeting client needs.
Coordinate response to client inquiries or issues as required, with a focus on delivering excellent service. Review client-directed processes and procedures or changes to the program and identify financial considerations.
Monitor and audit that the contracted scope of work is being performed according to documented tasks and frequencies. If inconsistencies are found, the Analyst will decide the best approach to address or to escalate to management/executive level.
Liaise among clients, Strategic Account Managers, Business Analyst, and internal teams to ensure delivery of our solutions according to contractual requirements.
Assists the Strategic Account Manager working with the Operations team to monitor Corrigo system to include Quality Audits, Contract Project Work, Billable Project Work, and Timekeeping.
Monitor payment schedules and follow up with clients to ensure timely payment. Address billing inquiries and discrepancies, resolve payment issues, and escalate complex matters to the appropriate departments. Manage the customer billing files and send them to the Finance team each month.
Analyze billing data and financial reports to identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies. As well as generate reports summarizing billing activities, outstanding balances, and revenue projections.
Track the scheduling, completion, and quality of work performed at client locations.
Support the SAM team with client QBRs and regular meetings. Prepare decks for meetings.
Other duties as assigned.

Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to write effective reports and business correspondence and present in front of a group.

Ability to function effectively in a team within a demanding environment.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred in either Finance, business management, project management, etc. Will consider candidates with a depth of related work experience as a substitute for the bachelor’s degree. Knowledge:

Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with advanced Excel skills required.
WinTeam and Corrigo experience is a plus.
