Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential, investment, and commercial properties

- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements on behalf of clients
- Coordinate property showings and tours for potential buyers or tenants
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals such as lenders, appraisers, and inspectors to ensure smooth transactions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, transactions, and listings
Experience:
- Newly licensed Real Estate Agents are welcome to apply
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role
- Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and conditions
- Familiarity with administrative tasks related to real estate transactions
