Keller Williams Realty Atlanta Perimeter is Hiring a Real Estate Admin - Director of Operations Near Atlanta, GA

Who we are looking for…

The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, attentive to details, has strong communication & leadership skills and naturally connects with others. The candidate is goal-oriented and operates with urgency. We are looking for someone who will embody the KW culture, lead our administrative team to provide world-class customer service to our agents, and act as the onsite partner for our centralized accounting team.

The ideal candidate has at least 2-3 years of real estate, office management, and/or accounting experience.

What you will do…

  • Manage the staff positions' daily activities to ensure the staff is productive, cross-trained, and making continual progress toward achieving the MC’s goals.
  • Lead the hiring of staff positions when needed
  • Build and maintain a Market Center Policies, Systems, and Procedures Manual covering all staff positions and duties.
  • Lead Daily Huddle
  • Coordinate agent office rentals
  • Manage ordering of supplies, tracked and on budget
  • AR collections
  • Track projected closings and agent commission
  • Printing of Escrow, Commission, Rental Property, and Operating checks
  • Scanning in Daily deposits to the bank
  • Email Affiliate Partners Reports monthly
  • Assisting with Awards verification in January & February
  • Drive and monitor registrations for local office and KW Regional events
  • Monitor and minimize MLS Fees and Fines
  • Build positive relationships with staff and agents
  • Excel in assisting agents achieve business growth by guiding them to the optimal resource, class, or conversation to bridge their gap
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Tech Savvy - skilled with Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Suite, social media, etc
  • Positive attitude and energetic demeanor
  • Commitment to relationship building, follow-up, and top-level customer service
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced and unpredictable environment
  • Professional appearance and dress
  • Effective and efficient verbal and written communication skills

  • Willingness to learn new tasks and accept additional responsibilities as requested

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Benefits:

Ability to Relocate:

  • Atlanta, GA 30346: Relocate before starting work (Required)
