Keller Williams Preferred is Hiring a Director of First Impressions/Receptionist Near Saginaw, MI

Who are we looking for?

A Director of First Impressions must be able to handle a wide range of responsibilities. The right person for this position will be friendly and outgoing with a strong desire to help and serve others. An Agent Services Coordinator will assist Keller Williams and the Managing Broker with licensing, agent on-boarding, and exit processes. Their role will also involve working closely with the Team Leader and Productivity Coach, managing the pipeline, communicating with recruits, overseeing agent set-up and their transition into KW.

This person should be a self-starter that is comfortable taking charge with little to no supervision. You must be able to move with a sense of urgency responding to agent needs and team member inquiries in a timely manner.

What will you do?

Love on our agents! Our agents are your #1 priority, both experienced and new. Develop and implement systems that will streamline and improve the agent experience across the market center, partner with department managers to maximize streamlining efforts, conduct agent orientation, execute the office training calendar and coordination of instructors, schedule one-on-one appointments to support agents, and meet with the agent service coordinators weekly.

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Research and develop strategies for transitioning agents into Keller Williams
  • Drive associates toward proficiency in the use of KW resources and tools.
  • Organization. It is imperative to follow our system to always stay ahead and on top of agent count and their personal information.
  • Learn, teach, and communicate the tools, systems, and conversations of the Growth Initiative and Career Growth Initiative. This includes the Wall of Value and Training Tracker
  • Work closely with the Managing Broker on licensing.
  • Send weekly email to staff and ALC announcing all new agents, including who hired them, their bio, and their contact info for the team to reach out and welcome.
  • Follow the intake process and checklist for all incoming and exiting agents.
  • Establish and oversee a system of communication with associates - including social media posts related to new agents/admin, announcements, training, etc.
  • Conduct an orientation program for all new associates that join us.
  • Execute all functions of the market center training calendar - including overseeing the scheduling and coordination of all training and instructors and communicating/promoting training on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
  • Creating and managing a library of resources for our associates.
  • Act as a liaison for associates relating to available resources.
  • Assist with all Market Center training and events, including but not limited to RED Day, training events, food drives, BOLD coordination, weekly setup when in Market Center, and many other activities throughout the year.
  • Maintain appearance of reception area & office overall
  • Occasional travel to our Fenton office
  • Help agents set-up computers & printers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
