Duties
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Provide guidance and support throughout the entire real estate transaction process
- Conduct market research and analysis to determine property values and competitive prices
- List and advertise properties for sale or rent
- Show properties to potential buyers or tenants
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
- Coordinate property inspections and appraisals
- Prepare and review documents such as purchase agreements, leases, and closing statements
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and changes in regulations

Skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
- Excellent customer service skills to build relationships with clients and provide exceptional service
- Knowledge of property management principles to assist clients with rental properties
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as document preparation, filing, and record keeping
- Familiarity with fair housing regulations to ensure compliance during transactions
- Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes
- Experience with real estate administrative tasks such as listing properties, scheduling showings, and managing client databases
- Understanding of market dynamics to advise clients on pricing strategies and property values
- Multilingual abilities to communicate with diverse clientele
- Strong sales skills to promote properties and close deals
