Summary/Objective:
The Field Manager plays a critical role to recruit, support, and train Keller installers. The FM serves as an ambassador to the installers on a face-to-face basis and represents the company in the highest sense of professionalism. Successful candidates will be talented team managers and focused on establishing and improving installations guidelines, evaluating installer performance, and communicating best practices to others throughout the region.

Supervisory Responsibility:
This position has no direct report supervisory duties/responsibilities to 1099 and/or w2 installers and Keller /or support staff. This position reports to the Installation Manager.
Work Environment: This job operates in a warehouse, office, and field operation environments. This role may frequently drive; routinely uses warehouse equipment such forklifts/pallets, and standard office equipment such as computers, laptops, phones, and printers.
Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee must enjoy fast paced environment, require proper lifting technique up to 100lbs, is regularly required to talk or hear, bend, stoop, or twist. Some duties performed while sitting or standing for long periods of time; driving and walking; use of hands/fingers; reach with hands and arms. Exposure to various temperature changes; requires reading, writing, and average math skills.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Position is available as Full Time to support the operational initiatives. Evening and weekend availability may be required.
Travel: Is required for this position (local travel/out of the are travel may be required)
