Vert is in need of finding and training an aspiring field technician II apprentice. This is a great stepping stone opportunity to learn the ropes under our field technician II and earn a 100k income after you obtain your license and can execute the role. This is a fast-paced work environment with a lot of growth opportunities. This job requires the ability to multitask and work as a team player. Responsibilities:

Assist Tech II in performing various duties, including courier, administrative tasks, errands, field tech support, etc

Learn to work with minimal supervision, learn quickly, and possess excellent problem-solving skills

Assist Technicians driving to job sites daily, and this position requires you to travel for work 100% of the time

Assist in following full-time field technicians' plan of action and schedule

Receive required certifications for a mold and asbestos field technician

Learn how the process on how to collect samples for mold, lead, and asbestos accurately

Carry and use a ladder to get to testing spots

Wear protective gear

Drive the company car safely, and do not speed

Qualifications:

Full-time and flexible availability

Must have a good driving record and a current CA Driver's License

21 years of age or older

Pass a pre-employment background check and drug test

A minimum high school diploma or equivalent is required, a college degree is preferred

Have the ability to verbally communicate with customers and coworkers

Must be able to safely lift and carry boxes up to 50 lbs

Must maintain a professional appearance at all times

Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to obtain CSST/CAC certifications immediately
