Job description

Duties:

- Rooming patients

- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.

- Take and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.

- Collect and prepare laboratory specimens for testing.

- Administer medications and vaccines as directed by healthcare providers.

- Provide patient education on medical conditions, treatments, and preventive care.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms and medical equipment.

Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, healthcare providers, and other staff members.

- Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient information accurately.

- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic anatomy.

- Ability to perform basic laboratory tests such as blood draws and urine analysis.

- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and patient care.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients.
