```Duties```

-Obtaining Letters of Protections from the patient's attorney's office
- Scheduling Personal Injury Medical Validation Appointments
- Assist in Patient Intake prior to their visit
- Submitting medical records, recommendations and billing to the attorney
- Getting approvals for imaging and procedures requested by the doctor. -Tracking cases until treatment is complete. -Communicating with the attorney's office until case is closed

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Must be bilingual
- Excellent organizational skills
- Medical terminology is a plus
-Strond desire to learn and is trainable.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using computer software for word processing, spreadsheets, and document management
