We are currently hiring for the role of Recruiter.
The Recruiter is responsible for leveraging multiple channels, strategies and tactics to source, screen, and deliver qualified candidates for open positions across the U.S. The Recruiter partners closely with hiring managers as well as the HR Partner aligned with the business unit to meet the talent acquisition needs for the company.
Essential Responsibilities
  • Achieves talent acquisition objectives across the organization by sourcing and evaluating candidates and presenting a qualified slate of candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner.
  • Establishes recruiting KPIs and objectives by studying organization’s needs and meeting with managers to discuss those needs.
  • Establishes candidate pipelines/talent benches in high impact and high turnover roles.
  • Meets with hiring teams, studying job descriptions and job qualifications. Conducts intake interviews with the hiring manager in advance of sourcing and submitting external applicants.
  • Sources qualified applicants by proactively and competitively engaging passive target prospects within the industry.
  • Determines responses and qualifications by conducting phone screens with qualified individuals, analyzing responses, and comparing qualifications to the job requirements and hiring manager’s expectations.
  • Schedules stakeholder interviews and establishes follow-up protocols to optimize time to fill.
  • Improves organization’s attractiveness by recommending enhancements to the Applicant Tracking System, protocols, policies, and practices.
  • Communicates and closes candidates on job offers.
  • Initiates onboarding, provides input, and assists with the development and implementation of the organization’s onboarding and orientation processes.
  • Leverages compensation practices and strategies to facilitate offers and acceptance.
  • Avoids legal challenges by understanding current employment laws and legislation, ensuring compliance, recommending new procedures, and conducting stakeholder training as needed.
  • Creates, maintains, and updates policies, procedures and process documents related to recruiting and interviewing processes.
  • Assists with the design, implementation and continuous improvement of the Applicant Tracking System and provides training to hiring managers on its use.
  • Provides recruitment reports to Human Resources team and hiring managers.
  • Assists with engagement activities, special projects, and HR initiatives.
  • Other duties assigned as business needs emerge.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Five years of job-related experience in a similar role, recruiting for non-exempt hourly and exempt salaried positions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint software.
  • Demonstrated understanding of modern recruiting technologies and techniques, as well as applicant tracking system optimization and configuration.
  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Ability to focus on multiple tasks and project simultaneously.
