Food Prep - Full time Lead Roles Come to work at an exciting downtown Minneapolis location where the pace is fast, and no two days are alike. We are seeking culinary staff on our hot and cold lines. Work with menus that are diverse and include many locally sourced ingredients. As a (7) seven day a week operation, there is flexibility in available hours that cover days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
We offer a wide variety of plated and buffet banquet menus on our catered events, along with made to order food items in our retail outlets. With your customer service and culinary experience, you will fit right in with our existing quality crew. You will have the opportunity to work with staff and guests from all over the world and experience events that just don't happen at other venues in town.
In our full-time lead positions experience is required or culinary vocational training, along with full availability. The position offers medical, dental, vision, transit/parking reimbursement, 401k, paid time off, paid meals, uniforms, and regular raises.
Starting Pay Range Prep - Pantry Lead - culinary experience required $22.64 per hour.
Cold line On Call - $17.62 - $20.01 (higher end wages require culinary experience)

- Able to lift to 25 lbs. and consistently bend, reach, twist, push and pull; you will consistently stand and navigate our kitchen, storage areas and food outlets.
