Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment. This person will aslo need to have mechanical knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
- Diagnose and repair equipment as required
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to promote products and services
- Utilize data entry skills to update customer information accurately
Experience:
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred
- Prior experience with mechanic services is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Strong sales skills and experience with upselling techniques
- Familiarity with data entry processes
