The Intake/Legal Assistant position includes accepting and acknowledging new referrals from various insurance company clients and logging onto the client portals to obtain referrals, and updating pertinent data into the system. The Intake/Legal Assistant will be required to work quickly and efficiently with a high volume of cases while paying attention to detail. The Intake/Legal Assistant will possess knowledge of Microsoft Office and preferably has at least one to three years experience with insurance claim files. Law firm experience is a plus. Other duties to be assigned as necessary.
