Keep is Hiring a Remote Growth Marketing Manager

Keep Company, a pioneer in group learning for parents and caregivers, is seeking a dynamic Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead our comprehensive growth marketing strategies. This role is instrumental in enhancing our brand presence, engaging our target audience, and driving revenue growth through effective email marketing, events, and content development. As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will harness your creativity, analytical prowess, and execution strengths to craft and execute campaigns that resonate with our buyers (B2B) and industry contacts, and ultimately contribute to our mission of building a better working world for parents and caregivers. This is our first and founding marketing hire, and will be joining a small (and mighty) team of 5 at Keep Company.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals, and leverage data-driven insights to test and optimize campaign performance. Your ability to manage multiple projects, from email campaigns to large-scale events, and your skill in crafting compelling content will make you a key player in driving Keep Company's growth and impact in the marketplace.
This role can be in-office or hybrid (2 days per week in our Bethesda office).

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic marketing campaigns, including demand generation campaigns, expansion and cross-sales, retention and nurture campaigns.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive email marketing strategy, including segmentation, campaign design, copywriting, and A/B testing to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of newsletters and targeted email campaigns, ensuring content is compelling, brand-aligned, and drives measurable outcomes.
  • Lead the strategy and execution of Keep Company's presence at industry conferences and events, managing deadlines, applications, and logistics to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
  • Organize and support small-scale events and targeted digital marketing initiatives to complement our conference strategy and enhance direct engagement with our target audience.
  • Manage and optimize Keep Company's social media presence, with a focus on LinkedIn, developing a mix of organic content and paid advertising campaigns to establish the platform as a significant revenue generator.
  • Drive marketing and sales alignment through the development of thought leadership and best-in-class content, leveraging key stats, testimonials, and insights to bolster Keep Company's market position.
  • Track data and metrics to measure, analyze, optimize and improve the effectiveness of all campaign performance; reporting on performance against KPIs and insights to internal executive stakeholders on a regular basis.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or commensurate work experience
  • 7 years of relevant marketing experience
  • 3 years of B2B marketing experience in a start-up environment
  • Experience driving and executing email marketing campaigns
  • Experience with marketing automation, including experience with major ESP platforms (Marketo, Hubspot, etc.)
  • Experience with paid social media ad campaigns for B2B customer acquisition
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, adept at measuring and optimizing campaign performance to drive continuous improvement.
  • Creative and strategic thinker, with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for emerging marketing trends and technologies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of fostering collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners.
