What We Do

We are a team of home service experts who go the extra mile to ensure peak performance for your home’s heating, air conditioning and electrical systems.

The Big Task

You will complete all assigned preventive maintenance inspections, troubleshooting calls, and any other assignment in a timely and professional manner.

Key Sub Tasks

• Being punctual for 1st Calls and for weekly service meetings.
• Convert non-maintenance customers to Preventive Maintenance Agreement customers.
• Be Courteous, neat, clean and in uniform at all times.
• Inform Dispatcher of any follow up and or any delays and document on invoice.
• Maintain proper truck inventory at all times.
• Return all defective warranty parts to Service manager.
• Promote the sale of replacement equipment on all appropriate opportunities.
• Strive to ensure customer satisfaction.

Desired Skills and Experience

• EPA Certification
• Good Driving Record
• 2 Years of HVAC Service Tech experience required.

Recommended Qualifications

• NATE Certification
• Sales Experience
• Communicating, Inverter, and Two-Speed Equipment (plus)
