Full-time Sales Ambassador in the Slidell/Covington area!

What We Do

We are a team of home service experts who go the extra mile to ensure peak performance for your home’s heating, air conditioning, generator, and electrical systems.

The Big Task

Establish contact with potential customers to generate leads for our organization at specified store locations.

Key Sub Tasks

• Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services within a retail environment.
• Get potential customers excited about the company and encourage them to spread the word. Be our Brand Ambassador!
• Collaborate with marketing and sales team members to work on tasks relevant to lead generation.
• Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information.
• Participate in meetings and training so that you grow and develop as a professional.
• Cultivate in-depth product knowledge and understanding to ensure effective communications regarding products.
• Set up of any booths and marketing materials for in store displays.

We are looking for people with:

• Outgoing personality
• Willing to engage with the general public
• Motivated to help others
• Superior communication skills
• Customer service/retail sales experience

Required

• In-home sales experience a plus
• Must be able to work on Saturdays and Sundays
• Must be able to pass background check
• Must have a reliable vehicle to travel back and forth to the store locations. Paid Mileage included.
• Must be able to travel to different store locations and pitch different HVAC specials by speaking with customers in the store. 
• Must be able to come into the Harvey office for a weekly meeting once per week.
