Asset Management Administrator (100% onsite)
Location : Ocoee, FL
Required:
Availability to work 100% at the Client s site in Ocoee, FL (required);
Business experience in asset management, procurement, finance or related experience (0-1 )
Ability to lift to 50 pounds;
Travel may be required up to 25%.
Preferred:
Governmental experience
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Assist with the monitoring and tracking of inventory for the Information Technology Cost Center
Assist with procurements of on-hand IT hardware supplies.
Performs regularly scheduled audits for hardware in Boca, Pompano and HQ locations.
Participate in team projects and assignments that range in size, complexity, and contract duration
Attends and participates in OIT Staff Meetings, Operations Team Meetings, and other meetings as directed
Responsible for reading, adhering to, and enforcing Department s Procedures and Policies
